The Dialysis Program Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the entire dialysis service line, overseeing all clinical, operational, financial, and regulatory aspects across modalities. Works closely with the Dialysis Center Medical Director on all things related to the dialysis program. Accountable for clinical quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, fiscal performance, workforce development, and operational efficiency, the manager establishes and enforces clinical policies, performance metrics, risk‑management practices, and survey readiness. This role leads program planning, business development, and the design, launch and expansion of new dialysis programs, satellite clinics, service lines and facilities—managing equipment selection, vendor contracts, supply chain, and capital/project coordination. The manager serves as a liaison between the dialysis program and hospital leadership, medical staff, pharmacy, case management, social work, supply vendors and external regulators (CMS, ESRD Networks, DNV, state health departments, etc.), and uses clinical and operational data to drive continuous improvement, patient experience initiatives, and regulatory reporting. Other duties as assigned by the Chief Nursing Officer.
