About The Position

100% FTE, Monday – Friday day shift generally between the hours of 6:30am - 5:00pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Nurse Manager to: Direct the planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care programs. Lead the day to day clinical operations and coordination of patient care services. Direct and evaluate the departments workforce, in terms of staff scheduling and performance. Prepare and administer revenue budget, operating budget, volume projections, and oversight for FTE’s. Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BSN), Required
  • Three (3) years of relevant clinical experience. Required
  • Demonstrated progressive leadership experience. Required
  • RN Licensed in State of Wisconsin. Required

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Preferred
  • Five (5) years of progressive leadership experience within same or relevant practice area. Preferred
  • Certification in relevant specialty. Preferred
