We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse ( RN or LPN) to join our team. Responsible for day-to-day nursing activities while providing regional support for assisted living facilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest quality of care, compliance with regulations, and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Requirements
- Nursing Degree (BSN preferred) or graduate of an accredited RN/LPN program.
- Active RN or LPN license in MI.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in healthcare settings, preferably in skilled nursing or assisted living.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, rehabilitative techniques, and long-term care regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records.
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate in developing and implementing nursing care plans tailored to residents’ needs.
- Provide guidance and support to regional teams to ensure consistent care standards and compliance.
- Participate in staff recruitment, scheduling, training
- Oversee the maintenance of adequate medical supplies and ensure equipment is used effectively.
- Monitor adherence to infection control and safety protocols across all facilities.
- Assist with incident reporting, data analysis, and corrective action planning.
