Responsibilities

Providing leadership and operations management consistent with the philosophy, mission, values and goals of Charter House with support and direction of the Director of Health Services.
Directing the activities of the registered nurses.
Assessing, diagnosing, outcome identification, planning, implementing, and evaluating is the basis for all care delivered by the Nurse Manager.
Accountable for planning, directing and coordinating the delivery of direct resident care and for the supervision of the nursing care provided by professional and ancillary nursing personnel.
Collaborating and communicating with interdisciplinary health care team members, residents, and family/significant others to meet the care, educational and discharge needs.
