Your Role as a Clinical Nurse Manager, RN: Supervise home health services to ensure patients receive high-quality care as prescribed by physicians. Review clinical documentation to ensure compliance with Medicare, Federal, Insurance, and Company guidelines. Follow and enforce Agency policies and procedures to set a strong example for the team. Maintain compliance with accepted professional standards, principles, and Standard Operating Procedures. Stay up to date on all relevant guidelines, policies, and protocols to support quality care. Requirements

  • Unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required)
  • At least one (1) year of skilled home health experience with demonstrated proficiency in Medicare OASIS documentation (required)
  • Strong knowledge of home health regulations, clinical compliance, and quality standards
  • Willingness to travel locally as needed to support clinical operations

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of two (2) years RN experience in acute care, med/surg, ICU, or ER settings (preferred)
