About The Position

Johns Hopkins Hospital (JHH) is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our specialty team with a permanent night schedule . Schedule: 12 hour shifts Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced clinical care in a specialized area of medicine overnight. Requirements

• Current certification as an Advanced Practice Provider (Adult Gero Acute Care NP required or PA) with relevant specialization in General Surgery.
• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Valid state license to practice as a Physician Assistant.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in a specialty area.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends and adapt to a flexible schedule.

Nice To Haves

• RN General Surgery experience preferred.
• Experience in general surgery preferred
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
