Join the Western North Carolina Community Health Services (WNCCHS) team to provide integrated, trauma-informed, "whole-person" care within a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model. Our mission-driven Community Health Center is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, including HIV specialty services, to underserved and vulnerable populations. You will serve as a clinical leader, collaborating with a high-performing interdisciplinary team of physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, therapists, dentists, and care management/ support teams.
