About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to join a mission-driven outpatient healthcare organization serving underserved and uninsured patient populations in the greater Los Angeles area. This is a full-time, outpatient opportunity focused on delivering high-quality, compassionate primary and women’s health care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Requirements

Master of Science in Nursing required
Active Nurse Practitioner certification required
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a certified Nurse Practitioner required
Clinical rotations during training do not count toward required experience under this requirement

Nice To Haves

Women’s health and/or primary care experience preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, with ability to conduct full patient assessments without an interpreter

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive women’s health and primary care services in an outpatient setting
Perform patient evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and patient education
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, social workers, and support staff to coordinate patient care
Support quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives
