Low T Center, a leading provider of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, is seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) as part of our planned expansion of clinical offerings and rapidly growing remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment, utilizing proprietary treatment protocols and programs that transform patients’ lives.
Mid-Level Providers work in collaboration with a physician medical director and the Center Director to deliver high-quality care to patients receiving hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness services, including the management of sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, and low libido.

Requirements

• Active DEA license (Required)
• Active Missouri NP or PA license in good standing (undisciplined and unencumbered) (Required)
• Current Controlled Substance License (Required)
• Availability to work two Saturdays per month (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) and a minimum of two weekdays per week. (Required)
• For months with five Saturdays, three Saturdays per month.
• Ability to complete a two-week training program, Monday through Friday, during standard clinical hours. (Required)

Benefits

• $65 per hour for training and weekday shifts
• $400 per Saturday shift (4 hours only)
• We provide two full weeks of paid training! (This is Mandatory)
