Homebase Medical is expanding rapidly into the North Orange County, CA area. We are currently searching for an experienced full-time Advanced Practice Clinician (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join our expanding house call practice. You will be responsible for primary care in the home setting, Board and Care, and Assisted Living Facilities. This position covers patients in and around North Orange County, CA.
