Do you enjoy supporting patients on their journey toward improved well-being and long-term success? If so, we invite you to join our thriving Weight Management team in Provo , Utah! We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to become a key provider in our dedicated Weight Management program. This provider will work exclusively in our weight loss and nutrition center delivering patient centered, compassionate care in a supportive, team-driven environment. You will work closely with a supervising physic ian and certified health coaches in a dynamic, patient-focused clinic designed to help individuals achieve meaningful and sustainable weight loss outcomes. Requirements

  • National certification as an NP or PA
  • Current Utah licensure, DEA, and all required certifications
  • 3–5 years of clinical experience re commend ed (obesity medicine or primary care experience preferred)
  • Strong assessment, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to connect with, motivate, and encourage patients throughout their weight loss journey
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, patient focused team environment
  • Innovative, enthusiastic, and able to think independently in dynamic clinical situations

  • Spanish language skills are helpful, but not

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive weight management care under the supervision of a physician
  • Perform physical examinations and document detailed patient histories
  • Order and interpret labs related to obesity medicine, metabolic health, and chronic conditions
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage obesity-related conditions and comorbidities
  • Prescribe medications within scope of practice (e.g., GLP-1s, appetite suppressants, etc.)
  • Develop individualized weight loss plans incorporating nutrition, lifestyle, and behavior support
  • Collaborate with health coaches to track progress and adjust care plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
  • Use sound clinical judgment in a fast paced , schedule driven environment
  • Participate in continuing education and supportive clinic initiatives
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support patient success
