Requirements

• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife or Physician Assistant with a demonstrated interest in menopause and midlife women's health care.
• Advanced education in women's health, hormone replacement therapy, weight management and complementary/alternative medicine.
• Board Certification.
• Active/pending DEA Certification in the state of Maine.
• Active BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

• The ideal candidate would be a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), but this credential could be earned after hiring, as part of professional development.

Responsibilities

• Bring a thorough understanding of reproductive and hormonal health, including the physiological, psychological, and social changes during menopause.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include hormone therapy, lifestyle modifications, and mental wellness strategies.
