About The Position
Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Location: Phoenix, Arizona Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 per year (DOE) Schedule: Full-Time Benefits Offered: Dental insurance, medical insurance, paid holidays, PTO Patient Volume: 20 to 30 Patients per day Why work with us: Join a mission-driven, community-focused healthcare organization delivering high-quality primary care throughout Arizona. Requirements
- Active Arizona NP or PA license
- Primary care or outpatient experience preferred
- Passion for compassionate, patient-centered care
- Valid Arizona NP or PA license (Or In Process)
- NP/PA Program Completed in USA (Not Puerto Rico)
Responsibilities
- Manage acute and chronic conditions
- Provide preventive care, wellness visits, and patient education
- Perform assessments, diagnostics, and evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, MAs, RNs, and care coordination teams
