About The Position

Job Summary: The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Dermatology) provides comprehensive dermatologic care in an outpatient setting. This role includes the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of medical dermatology conditions, assistance with or performance of dermatologic procedures, and delivery of cosmetic dermatology services based on training and experience.

Requirements

  • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program completed in the United States
  • Minimum of one year of general dermatology experience required
  • Active or eligible NP or PA license

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology preferred

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat general medical dermatology conditions
  • Perform or assist with dermatologic surgical procedures
  • Provide cosmetic dermatology services consistent with training
  • Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality care
  • Maintain compliance with clinical, safety, and documentation standards
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training
