As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to: Grow our Cancer Symptom Management Clinic, which was established to provide expedited outpatient access for oncology patient evaluation with a goal to decrease avoidable emergency room visits. Collaborate with nursing triage to evaluate and treat patients experiencing acute complications of their oncologic condition and/or side effects of therapy (ie Neutropenic fever, and intractable nausea/vomiting). Assess patients in the infusion/chemotherapy area who experience an acute change in condition (ie. Infusion reactions).
