The Aspire Advanced Practice Provider is a vital part of our clinical staff in our mission to cure patients who suffer from allergies and sinus problems. They will deliver a memorable experience for our patients with each interaction they have, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction are top of mind. They will practice precision everywhere including providing allergy testing and treatment to patients 2 years old and above. They will share responsibility with their peers and the rest of the clinical team to ensure the clinic is running smoothly. They will exemplify integrity in everything that they do, always doing what is best for our team and our patients. Locations & Schedule (PLEASE READ) This Part-time + PRN position will primarily support our Westover Hills and Far West clinics, with occasional coverage at our New Braunfels , Alamo Heights , and Stone Oak locations as needed. Clinic Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Friday: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Schedule Expectations: Required: Every Friday from 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. at our Westover Hills clinic PRN (as-needed) coverage based on clinic demand Ideally available to work Mondays and Fridays most weeks Additional weekday shifts may be offered based on provider availability and clinic needs This role offers flexibility while maintaining consistent Friday morning coverage. How You Improve Our Patients Lives! Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and obtain medical histories focused on allergy and sinus conditions. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic allergic and sinus conditions, including allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, and asthma. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including allergy testing, sinus CT scans, and pulmonary function tests. Develop individualized treatment plans including medications, immunotherapy, and procedural recommendations. Perform and assist with in-office procedures such as: Administration and supervision of allergy immunotherapy (SCIT and SLIT) Nasal endoscopy Educate patients on disease management, treatment options, and medication use. Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure continuity and quality of care. Document all patient encounters accurately in EHR within 24 hours of their visit Oversee and manage both food and environmental allergy testing for patients by utilizing both Percutaneous Allergy Skin Testing and Intracutaneous Allergy Testing. Provide pre-op and post-op evaluation and treatment after a variety of surgeon performed sinus procedures. Develop relationships with referring medical providers and the local medical community. Attend lunches and events with the assigned territory provider relationship rep. to help garner credibility and market Aspire. Adhere to standard metrics: Testing: 50% minimum threshold Treatment: 30% minimum threshold IOP Conversion: 7% minimum threshold Other duties as assigned. Knowledge & Skills Needed to be Successful
