About The Position
Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (NP/PA)Location: Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group - Chicago, ILJob Type: Full-Time Requirements: Experience working in outpatient settingPrime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) with experience to join our growing Primary Care team. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a well-established outpatient setting. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $110,000.00 to $130,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
Requirements
- Licensed and certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Illinois
- Board-certified in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or related field
- Prior experience in primary care preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
- Experience working in outpatient setting
