Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (APRN) with inpatient experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care
- Tennessee State Medical License
- Certified APRN
- BLS and DEA Certification
- Prior Inpatient Experience
Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient medical rounding in a small, tight-knit facility
- Partner with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient recovery and well-being
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on care plans, conditions, and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records
