About The Position

Hours : Shift Start Time: Shift End Time: AWS Hours Requirement: Additional Shift Information: Weekend Requirements: On-Call Required: No Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum): $61.740 - $70.170 - $90.160 The stated pay scale reflects the range as defined by the collective bargaining agreement between Sharp HealthCare and Sharp Professional Nurses Network, United Nurses Associations of California/Union of Health Care Professionals, NUHHCE, AFSME, AFL-CIO. Placement within the range is based on years of RN experience. Required Qualifications Must be a graduate of a U.S. state-approved and accredited nursing program. Must have a current unencumbered California RN license by the program start date. Must have graduated no more than 18 months prior to the start date of the Nurse Residency program (g raduation date no earlier than February 2025) Must have less than 12 months of RN work experience on the start date of the Nurse Residency Program. Must have a current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification for a healthcare provider by program start date. Note: If required by the specific unit, additional certifications including AHA ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, NRP, or others, must be completed by the program start date. Nurses are present 24 hours a day and staff members round continuously with patients to ensure safety for everyone.
