Nurse RN or LPN – Day Shift | Residential Behavioral Health Bluff Recovery (Pyramid Healthcare) Bluff Recovery, a Pyramid Healthcare program, provides evidence-based treatment for adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our nurses are essential members of the multidisciplinary treatment team, supporting detox, stabilization, and recovery in a structured, therapeutic environment.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN license in Georgia
- CPR/BLS and First Aid certification
Nice To Haves
- Experience in behavioral health, substance use, or co-occurring treatment
- Strong assessment, communication, and clinical judgment skills
Responsibilities
- Complete nursing assessments for new admissions
- Administer medications and document accurately per protocol
- Monitor and manage withdrawal protocols (COWS / CIWA)
- Educate clients on medications, wellness, and recovery
- Collaborate with medical providers during assessments and medication reviews
- Guide and support LPNs in daily client care
- Monitor client health status and respond to medical concerns
- Maintain medical supplies and ensure equipment readiness
- Complete required documentation and trainings
