License: Active Maryland RN (unencumbered)

Responsibilities

Registered Nurse Supervisors (RN) must have a kind, patient and empatheic personality as well as a commitment to providing patients with the best possible care.
Supervisors manage their unit in accordance with policy / procedure and assumes direct responsibility and accountability for the delivery of patient care on that unit.
