About The Position
RN Level 2B Nursery 36hrs. Nights & EOW 2+ years of NICU experience required. Unit Name: Level 2B - Special Care Nursery.Unit Description: 25 bed unit which encompasses, L&D, PP, NBN, 2 ORs, 2 ANU rooms, RR.Years of Experience Required: 3.Skill Sets Required: Special Care Nursery & Newborn Care.Floating Required: No.Rotating Shifts Required: Day Rotate is (7a-7p, 11a-11p, 7p-7a) with 1 Night of Call. Eves & Nights Shifts do not rotate. Clinician to Patient Ratio: L&D 1:2-3 Evals, 1:1 active labor, magnesium gtt or EPIDURAL. PP 1:3-4.Patient Population: All.Bed Count: 5 LD Rooms, 12 PP, 2 ORs @ RR, 2 ANU with 4 beds. Census: Average daily census 15-25 mother, babies and labor. EMR (Charting System): EPIC.Certifications Required: AHA BLS & NRP.
