The Difference You’ll Make Resident Care & Support Provide direct care to residents under individualized plans of care with dignity and compassion. Monitor changes in residents' conditions and respond promptly to needs. Assist with transfers and mobility using gait belts, mechanical lifts, and other safe methods. Communication and Responsiveness Respond promptly to call lights, phone calls, and in-person requests for assistance. Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and condition changes. Display a positive attitude and respect toward all residents, families, and staff. Safety, Compliance & Professionalism Follow state and federal regulations and facility safety protocols. Requirements

  • Successful completion of a state-approved Nurse Assistant Training program.
  • Current certification on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and carry out assignments without direct supervision.
  • Proven history of good judgment, integrity, and consideration for others.
  • Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered service.
  • Physical ability to meet position demands safely and effectively.
