What You’ll Be Doing Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) – bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, etc. Help prepare residents for meals, snacks, and activities Provide assistance in the dining room – serving meals and clearing tables Respond promptly to resident emergency call system Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition to supervisors Communicate professionally with residents and families Maintain required care documentation per state regulations Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and room organization Help answer phones as needed Who We’re Looking For CNA certification preferred, but PCA certification will also be accepted. (No certification? We offer an in-house training program for applicants with relevant experience!) Requirements
- CNA certification preferred, but PCA certification will also be accepted.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Compassionate, professional, and dependable team player
