About The Position

Assists the RN by performing patient care activities delegated to the unlicensed nursing support staff as well as additional specific functions for which he/she has been prepared. Incorporates the concepts of the Hospital's Customer Service Program into all aspects of patient care activities. Accountable to the Nurse Manager or designee for all activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Trade School : Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant Program or current Nursing student with satisfactory completion of at least one clinical rotation (Required)
• BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)

Nice To Haves

• 1 Year experience in a Nursing Assistant role (Preferred)
• CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred)
