About The Position

Essential Function/Responsibilities: Supporting nursing personnel in providing direct patient care Assisting patients with daily activities Measuring and recording vital signs Administering basic treatments Helping to ensure a safe care environment Continuous rounding throughout shift to ensure patient and family needs are met Ensuring patients and families have a positive patient experience by exhibiting PRIDE behaviors, rounding, collaboration, teamwork and a positive attitude Good communication skills Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have positive customer service skills Qualifications Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED required Minimum Experience: Previous acute care experience strongly preferred BLS preferred CNA preferred
