This position if for RN's who are currently working in a clinical setting. Clinical Responsibilities: Instruct students during clinical experiences and arrange for suitable clinical placements based on individual needs. Coordinate clinical education and supervise students throughout their clinical practice. Evaluate student performance and progress according to established clinical standards. Stay current in clinical practice and keep informed of changes in the nursing profession. Administrative Responsibilities: Develop, implement, evaluate, and update the Nursing Education Program's mission, purpose, and objectives. Plan, monitor, and assess the instruction provided by ANIP and Clinical Faculty. Maintain student attendance by institutional policies. Attend faculty meetings and address student concerns in collaboration with institutional staff. Monitor student progress weekly, creating Academic Success Plans with the Clinical Director as needed. Instructional Responsibilities: Teach students the techniques and methods of the Nursing Program. Provide additional support to instructors in didactic or lab settings when necessary. Adhere to the policies and procedures of the school and clinical facilities. Maintain professionalism in all interactions with students, faculty, staff, and clinical personnel.
