How you’ll make an impact in this role Provide direct patient care under nurse supervision, following healthcare organization policies, procedures, and protocols. Carry out assigned nursing tasks such as assisting with activities of daily living and measuring vital signs as directed by the preceptor. Observe patient conditions and responses; accurately document and report findings to the preceptor or appropriate healthcare staff. Support care plan development and assist with additional duties, including patient transport, preparing for diagnostic services, and basic environmental services. Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Must be accepted or enrolled into a Nursing program upon date of hire/transfer and begin classes within 90 days of date of hire/transfer required.
