About The Position

Oneida Health is seeking a Full-time RN Nursing Supervisor to work nights and to provide administrative supervision at its Hospital. Requirements

• Education: Associate of Nursing (Required)
• License: New York RN (Required)
• Experience: Nursing: 1 year (Required)
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to provide direction in challenging situations.

• Keen attention to detail and ability to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Professional judgment and decision-making skills regarding patient care.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience in an acute care facility: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative supervision and direction in patient care settings, ensuring quality care delivery.

• Foster a collaborative environment among the care team to promote effective communication and teamwork.
