About The Position

We are seeking a Nuvolo Developer with strong ServiceNow and Nuvolo experience to support Reservation, Space, and Real Estate management systems for a federal customer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working closely with stakeholders, and delivering reliable solutions in a regulated environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
  • 1–2+ years of hands-on Nuvolo experience (Reservation, Space, Real Estate, FRPP)
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL / ITSM concepts
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and UI customization
  • Experience with REST, SOAP, LDAP, and data migration
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) systems or programs
  • Prior experience supporting federal or regulated environments
  • Advanced ServiceNow customization and workflow automation experience
  • Experience with operational and financial reporting in Nuvolo

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow / Nuvolo and external systems using APIs.
  • Load and manage asset data in ServiceNow using Import Sets and web services.
  • Build and support integrations using REST and SOAP
  • Work closely with Reservation System and business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify risks
  • Analyze and document business needs and translate them into clear system requirements.
  • Configure ServiceNow features such as email notifications, reports, dashboards, and home pages.
  • Develop and maintain operational and financial metrics for Nuvolo systems.
  • Design and implement solutions for Reservation, Space, and Real Estate management.
  • Configure and enhance workflows for: Service Catalog Incident, Problem, and Change Management Configuration and Knowledge Management
  • Build and improve Facilities Catalog Items and Reservation System features.
  • Work with ServiceNow components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and ACLs.
  • Support change, release, and deployment activities.
  • Design user-friendly forms and interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across ServiceNow and Nuvolo modules.
