Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding an OB/GYN Generalist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln . Lincoln Medical Center is a designated Level I Trauma and Stroke Center and has Centers of Excellence in all medical specialties, including its award-winning Cancer and Breast Centers. Requirements

Board Eligibility and/or Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Responsibilities

Perform a full scope of women's health exams, including Pap smears, pelvic exams, and breast exams.
Diagnose conditions and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
Manage prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care for patients.
Document patient histories and maintain accurate medical records.
Counsel patients on preventive care, reproductive health, and wellness.
Partner with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care.
Stay current with best practices, clinical guidelines, and emerging innovations in the field.

Benefits

Annual Base Salary: $296,000 (board eligible); $301,000 (board certified) based on 40-hour work week.
Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $435,800 (board eligible) and $441,300 (board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:
Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $70,200.
Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
