About The Position

A leading acute care hospital is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide inpatient rehabilitation services focused on functional recovery and independence. The OT will evaluate, treat, and support patients through evidence-based care while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Active Florida OT License
• BLS within 30 days
• Acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and ADL assessments
• Develop individualized therapy plans
• Deliver skilled occupational therapy interventions
• Track measurable progress and document outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Support safe transitions of care
