Make a meaningful impact every day by helping patients regain independence and confidence. We’re looking for a dedicated COTA to join our rehabilitation team and deliver hands‑on, patient‑centered care under the supervision of an occupational therapist.

Requirements

• Active COTA license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
• Strong communication, time‑management, and clinical documentation skills.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (preferred).
• A commitment to high‑quality care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support therapeutic interventions and guide patients through treatment activities.
• Communicate progress, concerns, and observations to the OT and interdisciplinary team.
• Teach families and nursing staff how to carry out follow‑through programs and home exercises.
• Manage daily scheduling tasks and enter post‑treatment charges accurately.
• Document patient care in alignment with regulatory, licensing, and payer requirements.
• Keep treatment areas and equipment clean, organized, and safe.
• Uphold all compliance, professional, and ethical standards.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative rehab environment.
