About The Position
Select Physical Therapy Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapy San Francisco, CA $20,000 SIGN ON BONUS + STUDENT DEBT BENEFIT PROGRAM Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Hand Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in San Francisco, CA . Our clinics are fully equipped to support a wide range of patient needs, from post-surgical rehabilitation to non-operative conditions and work conditioning. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a skilled, multidisciplinary team while treating a diverse patient population. Requirements
- Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy
- CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license
- 1+ year of hand therapy experience
- Splinting experience required
Nice To Haves
- At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
- Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.
- Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
- Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.
- Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients.
- Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
