About The Position

Our services include occupational, physical, and speech therapies, as well as CNA training. We are salary based but offer additional incentive pay.

Requirements

Graduation from an occupational therapy program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
Current license or eligible for license to practice occupational therapy by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Affairs (DORA).

Master’s degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides direct patient care, evaluates functional needs and outcomes, consults with other professionals as necessary, reassesses patient status and adjusts care plan as needed to ensure optimal outcome.
Designs and implements a plan of care based on evaluation of patient status.
Conducts provision of therapy within accepted standards of care and in accordance with state law.
Provides occupational therapy in a home care setting, or outpatient clinic as assigned.
Communicates effectively with clients, relatives, professional and support staff to achieve desired patient outcome.
Adheres to established organizational policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement program, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
Maintains current and accurate records of properly signed prescriptions, patient evaluations, treatments, goals and plan of care.
Ensures conformity to regulations and requirements of third-party payers.
Performs patient care visits in accordance with Agency productivity requirements.
