Highlights: Summary: The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluation, treament, and discharge planning of patients. The Therapist will work in conjunction with other team professionals to provide patient care, provide education for patients and their families, and to assist with discharge planning. This individual may be asked to assist with training and/or supervision of COTA or Rehab Technicians. Additionally, the Therapist must have the ability to work cooperatively with Physicians, other staff members, patients, and their families with dignity, courtesy, and respect. Additionally, the Therapist will pay close attention to detail and provide superior level of care. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.
