About The Position

Are you a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Teams at Brevellier Village and The Residences at Presqse Isle (Assisted Living) in Erie, PA seeking its next employee-owner team member. Please note that this FULL TIME role will split between 2 of our communities in Erie equal hours at each. Must be willing to travel to both, sometimes on the same day. They are less than 8 miles apart. Every third Sunday rotation for this role

Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.

Responsibilities

• work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans
• maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation
• help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve
