About The Position

Requirements

COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant), licensed in Massachusetts
1+ year of clinical experience
A great communicator who enjoys teamwork and can tolerate the occasional bad joke
Comfortable working independently, without feeling stranded

Nice To Haves

EMR experience preferred (ours won’t emotionally scar you)
Home health experience is a plus — but not required. We’ll train you.

Responsibilities

Providing in-home OT treatments under the guidance of a licensed OT (no trust falls, promise)
Tracking progress, adapting plans, and helping patients hit real-life goals.
Teaching patients and caregivers how to safely do the things that matter — from getting dressed to conquering the microwave.
Documenting clearly and efficiently in a user-friendly EMR that won’t ruin your evenings.
Delivering care that’s hands-on, heart-forward, and never boring.
