Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Daily Operation for Export & Import business (Ocean Export & Import)
  • Make reference and arrange for import shipment
  • After finish arrangement, make our billing invoice
  • Making booking based on customer request for export shipment
  • Providing booking confirmation to export customer.
  • Arranging pick up and submit AES
  • After confirming on board, making our export invoice
  • Import customer service Monthly Average 15 Shipments
  • Export customer service: Monthly Average 30 shipment
  • Supporting quotation
  • Operational Duties include Management & Development of import & export
  • Main Customers import
  • East west Wines LLC
  • Lowell International
  • Norcell
  • Main Customers export
  • Kraft Foods
  • Benjamin Moore
  • Haemonetics
  • Knoll
  • Total about 8 ocean import & export customers handled
  • Following up customers and/or NX branches
  • Supporting to achieve department revenue/profit budget goals
