About The Position

1 YEAR BASE TERM, WITH POTENTIAL 2-YEAR EXTENSION. LARGELY REMOTE ROLE, BUT REQUIRED MONTHLY ONSITE MEETING IN SACRAMENTO, CA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university. Alternatively, additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
  • An active OCM certification from a recognized, industry-standard OCM professional organization whose core mission includes OCM such as Prosci or Association of Change Management Professionals. This certification must be based on a formally documented OCM framework owned and maintained by the certifying organization, that includes structured training resulting in a required assessment. This certification is required and may not be substituted with additional experience.
  • Five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes in IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.
  • Three (3) years of experience providing OCM services to government agencies.
  • Three (3) years of experience training large organizations.
  • Four (4) years of experience leading and facilitating team meetings.

  • Six (6) or more years of experience applying analytical processes in IT projects. Four (4) or more years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.
