About The Position

Overview: Job Description Summary: Manages enterprise OCM workstreams for strategic initiatives, projects, and programs. Leads assigned change management workstreams, prepares core OCM deliverables, and coordinates stakeholder engagement to support successful adoption of technology and operational changes. Delivers high quality IS communications and fulfills operational requests for OCM support while ensuring alignment with project plans and departmental expectations. Job Description: Essential Functions: Manages OCM activities and workstreams for technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with established project plans and adherence to departmental standards and methodologies. Develops and maintains IS OCM documentation, including stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, OCM and communication plans, and audience‑specific messaging that supports successful adoption. Leads and facilitates engagement with stakeholders, change sponsors, communications partners, and project leaders to ensure effective planning and execution of OCM activities and events. Monitors and reports on adoption, readiness, and change effectiveness metrics, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations within established project governance frameworks. Responsible for IS communication materials and manages assigned operational OCM support requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information across channels.

Requirements

  • Active enrolment or completion of a bachelor’s degree from accredited university, or equivalent experience, required.
  • Working knowledge of organizational change management and communication principles, methods, and tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Effective planning, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with basic project management concepts and tools.
  • 2 years of experience leading change management initiatives or project workstreams, including OCM, communications, training, or business analysis activities, required.

  • Change management or project management training or other professional certifications, preferred.
