Requirements

  • Primary source for customer facing technical support needs, proficient in deploying and managing technical documentation and product information.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand and address their technical needs.
  • Capable of diagnosing and resolving technical issues using logical and methodical approaches.
  • Adept at conveying complex technical information to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders in clear and understandable terms.
  • Experienced in identifying and implementing improvements to information workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Able to lead a cross functional team, both internal and external, to ensure all aspects of customer and technical needs are addressed.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
  • Skilled in analyzing data, including customer feedback and information, to inform application enhancements and drive informed business decisions.
  • Competent in creating and maintaining detailed documentation for application configurations and processes.
  • Thrives in dynamic and fast paced environments, adjusting to evolving application requirements and business priorities
  • This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce. Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support during the sales process, including responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) and providing product demonstrations.
  • Assists sales teams by troubleshooting application issues and ensuring optimal performance during sales engagements.
  • Provide product and application training and demonstrations functionalities to potential clients to showcase product capabilities to customers and support the sales process.
  • Capture client feedback and market needs, translating them into actionable input for future product enhancements and portfolio development informing Sales, Marketing, and Product Development of customer needs.
  • Creates and updates comprehensive documentation and user guides to support sales and engineering activities.
