Air General, a third-generation, family-owned, national cargo handling company, is seeking full-time Office "Acceptance" Agents at our Denver International Airport (DEN) location. The Office “Acceptance” Agent will be primarily responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring strict compliance with safety and security protocols with cargo handling. Core responsibilities encompass documentation, precise data entry, and fostering effective communication with external customer service, as well as responsible for retrieving import and delivering export documents to and from aircraft, ensuring compliance with DOT, TSA, FAA, government, and air carrier regulations during the acceptance of cargo. The successful candidate should demonstrate the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
