About The Position
Responsibilities Pulling and fulfilling orders Shipping orders correctly and in a timely manner Unpacking, counting & receiving in freight Inspect incoming freight for damage or wear Inventory control & balancing stock Maintaining a clean & organized warehouse Loading and unloading delivery trucks Facilitate warranties through multiple vendors Interface with vendors, sales reps and delivery personnel Requirements Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience Must be able to lift 70 lbs., and be on your feet for much of the day Possess ability to shift priorities quickly without losing focus Proficiency in communication and logistics Upbeat, friendly and energetic attitude Must be reliable, flexible and demonstrate integrity Demonstrate proficiency, dependability and punctuality Computer Literate Quickbooks Experience a plus Benefits/Compensation Opportunities for advancement Hourly pay depends on experience VLS offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, 401k, as well as some paid holidays and vacation time.
