Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Multiple years of office administration experience (law firm strongly preferred)
  • Strong HR, recruiting, budgeting, and staff development experience
  • Experience managing personnel performance and compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and law firm systems

Responsibilities

  • Manage legal assistants, reception, and support staff
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and cross-training initiatives
  • Partner with firm leadership to ensure policy consistency and operational excellence
  • Manage office budget and financial performance
  • Oversee payroll
  • Lead onboarding for legal and support hires
  • Coordinate facilities, vendor management, and office events
  • Provide coaching, performance management, and compensation recommendations
