JOB TITLE: Office Administrator LOCATION: Cleveland Branch, Cleveland, MS SALARY: Commensurate with Experience and Qualifications REPORTS TO: VP Branch Manager COMPANY PROFILE: Mississippi Land Bank is a financial institution that provides financing for agriculture, agribusiness and rural real estate purchase and improvements. The institution is headquartered in Senatobia, Mississippi with six full-time branches and one satellite office that service the 32 counties in Northern Mississippi. MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent and zero (0) to two (2) years of general office/clerical experience and/or customer service experience. JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Performs entry-level general office support that is somewhat varied in nature, works under close supervision. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Performs receptionist tasks such as sorting mail, answering phones and retrieving and delivering materials as requested. Assists branch staff with various loan administrative and servicing duties as directed. Performs general office duties primarily consisting of routine repetitive tasks of organizing and maintaining files and records and distributing mail or other items. Create files in HUB. Performs data entry from standardized source documents requiring accuracy but little or no interpretation of data to be entered. Upload accounts payable invoices to be paid to accounting and prepares daily transmittal deposits. Helps schedule loan closings and follows up with attorney on necessary documents needed for pledging and certifying loan.
