As we scale, we are looking for an organized and proactive Office / Administrative Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly. About the Role In this hybrid role, you will keep our San Francisco office running smoothly while gaining hands-on exposure to marketing activities . You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day office needs and will also support our marketing efforts, especially around events, specifically, our meetups which we hold once a month in our office. As a growing startup with the San Francisco office being relatively new, there may be other tasks that may be assigned to you. If you like supporting and rolling up your sleeves to get things done, this may be a perfect fit for you. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate who: Is organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Enjoys coordinating people, spaces, and events Is curious about marketing and wants to build real-world experience Likes working in a collaborative, startup-like environment You’ll work closely with Operations and Marketing, giving you visibility into how both functions support a growing tech company. Marketing Exposure & Support (with Growth Path) This role is a great entry point if you’re excited to get hands-on experience at the intersection of marketing and operations. You’ll jump in wherever needed to help bring our office events and brand to life, while building the foundation to grow into a more specialized role over time.
