Serving approximately 65% of Delawareans receiving HIV-related medical services, the program is recognized statewide for its expertise, accessibility, and commitment to patient-centered care. Our multidisciplinary team includes 51 skilled professionals among them board-certified infectious disease and internal medicine physicians, an OB/GYN provider, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, a psychiatrist, and behavioral health consultants working collaboratively to support the medical and social well‑being of every patient. HIV/AIDS Care | ChristianaCare Services Offered: Primary HIV medical care Access to the Delaware AIDS Drug Assistance Program Medication‑adherence education Social-work assessment and support Case management for pregnant women and families Comprehensive health‑maintenance services The Medical Office Assistant I key responsibilities include scheduling appointments with consideration of insurance details, greeting patients professionally to collect demographic and financial information, and processing referral information while maintaining patient confidentiality.
