About The Position

Mountain River Phyical Therapy, a member of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a reliable Part-Time team member to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment.
Location: Ripley, WV (420 Charleston Dr)
Hours: Part-time, 6–9 hours weekly; flexible schedule outside of patient treatment times
Pay: $11/hour

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
• Physically able to lift, push/pull, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a healthcare or professional clinic environment

Nice To Haves

• Prior cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Sweeping and mopping clinic areas, including waiting room, front office, kitchen, restrooms, and industrial areas
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors)
• Dusting surfaces and wiping down door handles, door knobs, entry doors, and waiting room chairs
• Cleaning windows and entry doors
• Trash removal
• Refilling paper towels, soap dispensers, and other restroom supplies
• The team member must be able to lift, push/pull, kneel, bend, and carry cleaning equipment and supplies to safely and effectively perform required tasks
