Our offices are central hubs for communication, connection, and collaboration—destinations where customers, Claymates, and community come together. We're passionate about creating an awesome environment for our Claymates to thrive—our team plays a massive role here through real estate, office and facilities management, and events! Clay is already a cool place to work, but we're building out the Workplace Experience team to push the bar even further and create something truly special that scales across the globe as we expand. We're looking for an Office & Community Coordinator in our New York office who will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and partners, while planning amazing events to bring the community into Clay. You'll bring warmth, professionalism, and care to every interaction, while also ensuring smooth operations around employee support, safety, and events. This is a fully on-site role, based in our SF office five days a week.
